BIM Coordinators Summit. 4-year operational lead.

From 2021 to 2025, I led the operational delivery of the BIM Coordinators Summit, a Dublin-based industry programme for AEC professionals. Joined as Event Coordinator, took over as Lead Operator in 2022.

Over four years I delivered four annual in-person summits (up to 200 attendees) alongside a programme of virtual summits, partner webinars, and topic-focused online events extending the summit's reach globally.

The community grew to a LinkedIn following of 40,000+, roughly 3,000 actively engaged members, and a core group of around 300. I owned the full operation end to end: speaker pipeline (60+ senior speakers per year), sponsor sales and reconciliation, vendor contracts, budget, marketing, ticketing, partnerships, on-the-day execution.

Four consecutive years. No budget overruns. Strong year-over-year sponsor and speaker retention.
