Fifteen years in hospitality, sales, and client-facing work, and four years leading operations on an industry summit with up to 300+ attendees in the room, 60+ speakers, no budget overruns, a core community of 3000+ and a reach of 40,000+ on social media. Alongside the in-person summits, the program ran virtual events, online sessions, and regional gatherings to extend the reach globally and build the community.
