Recent Work
BIM Coordinators Summit. 4-year operational lead.
From 2021 to 2025, I led the operational delivery of the BIM Coordinators Summit, a Dublin-based industry programme for AEC professionals. Over four years I delivered four annual in-person summits (up to 200 attendees) alongside a programme of virtual summits, partner webinars, and online events.
The community grew to 40,000+ on LinkedIn with 3,000 engaged members and a core of 300. I owned the full operation end to end. Four consecutive years. No budget overruns.

About Me (Emma)
I focus on two things: making sure nothing drifts, and making sure the experience is right for everyone involved.
15+ years in client facing roles across sales, customer service, hospitality, and event coordination. Four years as lead operator on an industry summit, working within a small leadership team with full end to end ownership.
I bring everything together and take an idea from conversation to execution.
